NO! Its just not enough these days… If you want your business to have an online presence. It’s not enough to have just one online platform. Any company that wants to be online today requires an online presence. Having URL’s (www.yournamehere.com/, www.facbook.com/yournamehere, www.youtube.com/Yournamehere.com,…exe) makes you more like to own the search page. This proves to potential clients that you follow your passions and promises.

What benefits are there with having so many URL’s? If you search for something on a internet search engine they give you options. Why not show up on all of them? With the first couple of links on any search engine being yournamehere somewhere in the URL. This should be your “I need a website” goals. I need my business name to show up as many times on a search engine as possible. This will increases your chances of attracting new customers.

Showing an active web base — posting on facebook, blogs, youtube, twitter…– increases your online presence. Constant updating of these platforms will not only increases your website credit but your business as well.

YouTube

YouTube is one of the best ways to get your message out without typing so much. This Video Sharing platform gives you a space to store large videos to use on other outlets. you can post a video on youtube then link it in a blog post then link the blog post to your Facebook account to stream line and maximize your business online presents.

Use youtube as a way to grab peoples attention we all like to click on things and watch picture and its nice to not have to read a message. If you have to have the same conversation with all of your clients make a video. Then you only have to say the message once and your prepared for any questions that might fallow. Most Cellphone are more then capable of doing these kind of videos.

Why Facebook? Facebook is a social media platform where you can post links to websites, videos, photos, as well as your ideas. This is a tool to build your online presence and build credibility with the masses. Advertising can be done through Facebook and it is extremely useful.

Users have profiles that they personalize with things they enjoy, hobbies and employment background so that they can connect with others with similar interests. You can then set peramiters for advertising to limit the ads to those which will attract a higher probability of conversion. Brick and mortar stores can pinpoint the locations of your ads so you are not wasting money on people clicking in Chattahoochee TN when your store is in Chattahoochee FL.

There are some down sides to advertising and using Facebook. Most users of this platform treat it as there newspaper. If you are not giving something away or providing a large discount your ad can be overlooked. Because Facebook knows they have such a good platform for advertising, it can be expensive.

WordPress is so much more then just a blogging platform. It is also easy to use and it is so versatile that you can use it in almost any application. Online store you hay Woocommerce, Forum’s there are plugins for those, along with countless amount of plugins that can give you site all kinds of bells are whistles.

With such a flexible and easy to use platform WordPress has been taking over how people build website. with about 22.5% of all websites on the internet using WordPress its nothing to shake a stick at. Even big companies like Disney, CNN, Facebook, and more use WordPress for there website.

Why is Google #1

Let take a look at Why is Google #1 search engine? Google has the largest Searches per day with claims of around 5.5 billion searches done on google per day in 2018. Lets be honest when can the newspaper’s or the phone book’s boast with those kind of numbers? The statistics that Google Analytics collects is mind boggling some times. Locations of users, how they found you, how long they were on the site, what pages they were on, the list gos on… utilizing this information that google gives you works will benefit your website adverting exponentially!

Google is so much more then just a search engine for websites. Google is a super store, map, image search, video search, News search, advertising platform and the best thing about google is that it dose all well. It finds you what you want to know. “Just Google It” is a new found verb – wired magazine. Now you know you made it to the brand royalty when your no longer just a lonely old noun. Google has changed the way we look at the libraries dewey decimal system to the extreme.

Why is Web Speed so important to your website? With the smart phones and tablets taking over the way we view the web. Search engines needed to change the way they search for websites. Now its more important to build your website to work fast and look good on a smart device and on a desktop.

According to smart insights the trend is going to continue as-well. In 2017 50.3% of all searches thought were on a mobil device. With it being easier to get smart devices. More people are going to be using them for everything not just searching the internet. But would you really like to know that your favorite website was steeling a unreal amount of data on your cellphone plan?

Slow websites were always a problem this is no a new thing. The days of AOL and dial-up internet where you can walk away from the computer to let the page load. Those days are over. We need our information and we want it NOW.
